Hello! Here's a list of useful resources that I used for my website

• Frutiger-Aero tutorials: from here i've made the aero tiles following their tutorial. (make sure to check out their website, it's very cool too.)


• GifCities: lots of gifs that you can find on here.


• Basically Tumblr: just use # (hashtags) to find what you need, you can find a lot of gifs and graphics, as well as backgrounds or images on general.
  Here are some hashtags: #favicon #neocities #web graphics
  You can even just search colors combined with a keyword like the ones above, you'll find what you need


• This custom border tutorial: it helped me a lot in knowing how to create custom borders


• Spriters Resource: the reason i'm putting this is because if you want to create a page that resembles a console or a specific game, you can find the ripped sprites from here.


• Spritesheet Cutter: related to the one above, this can be used to get specific sprites from a spritesheet. pretty cool tool.


• Favicon Generator: use this to make favicons to add to your website's head


• Userbar Generator: to create userbars, this one is cool too.


• WordArt: it's just a site to make wordart.


• EmojiBank: contains animated icons. Another source other than tumblr for favicons
